Dr. Murrey is a gentle, caring dentist. She take time with each patient and makes sure they leave smiling. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, the office is very clean, with up to date equipment. I give the over all experience 5 stars.
They are all about the money, just beware.
I have been going to Westworth Family Dentistry since they opened. Dr. Murrey is wonderful and even fixed a space between my teeth that many dentists could not! But, I have to give them only 3 stars because of my and my son's experience with the receptionist today. She has always seemed to have a condescending attitude, but was especially rude today. Instead of trying to help me with insurance issues, she told me we would have to reschedule our appointments after I took off work and pulled my son out of school. We will be finding a new dentist because of this.
I went to Westworth Village Family Dentistry to have normal x-rays and cleaning done. The entire staff was very friendly and the facility was clean! They even had T.V.'s above the chairs! This was the nicest dentist I've ever been to. The dentist was very nice and answered the questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this dentist to everyone in the Ft. Worth area!
The only thing good about this practice is they convince you they are good by their personable conversation. We went there twice. Would never recommend. Spent almost $1000 in two visits, most for a deep cleaning only to have my new dentist ask if I had my teeth cleaned in the last year (it was 12 weeks ago)!
I am military service member who seeks dental services often. After having a few dentists this is by far the best service I've received. I called to see if I could do a last minute appointment and the receptionist was able to fit me in the schedule. Melody did fantastic, precise work and had a positive and friendly personality. This helped me relax and feel comfortable throughout my cleaning. Dr. Murrey is very nice and I was impressed with her thorough dental examination. Both were outstanding in their work and take the time to know their clients. Office is clean an they pay attention to detail! I will return to get services at this office even though I live an hour away!
